Informations what are Helds
Helds are items that can be upgraded by putting them on top of another item. There are several of them, each has different attributes, they also have their own level.
If you want to upgrade tier of held then you must have 2x Tier 1 + 100 blue yen notes. Next use one tier 1 on second, and it will upgrade.
